What Does This Mean for You?
Our newest advancement is the implementation of new technology. Our proprietary app was created to streamline in-field work orders and invoicing. This proprietary app gives us more real-time information when the technicians are working on your equipment, allowing us to provide you with immediate access to completed annual federal inspections and faster processing of invoices. We go the extra mile by sending you pictures of all identified problems for pre-approval, ensuring you’re fully informed before we proceed with any repairs. We also installed mobile thermal printers in all our service trucks that our technicians use to print off annual federal inspection forms and we place them directly in your equipment’s document holder. With the forms being filled out on an iPad and printed out, there is no more miscommunication in handwriting. Everything is clear, concise, and easy to read.
